Wavy Stromatolitic Laminae

Wavy to pustular lamination, characteristic of microbially influenced sedimentary structures. Triassic.

Slightly convoluted appearance of some laminae could be interpreted as deformation from current drag at the water/soft microbial mats interface, however, applying Occam's razor, primary microbial wrinkling is the more likely option.
